ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਹਵਾਈ ਉਡਾਣ(Domestic air flights) ਦੇ ਚੱਲਣ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 2 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਬੰਦ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਹਵਾਈ ਸਫ਼ਰ, ਲਾਕਡਾਉਨ(Lockdown) ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਲਗਭਗ ਇੱਕ ਤਿਹਾਈ ਸ਼ਮਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਹਵਾਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ(Ministry of civil aviation) ਨੇ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ, ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨਾਂ(airlines) ਅਤੇ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡਿਆਂ(airports) ਲਈ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਕੰਮਕਾਜੀ ਕਾਰਜਵਿਧੀ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਜੁੱਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਡਾਣ ਭਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਹੈ।

ਨਿਸ਼ਚਤ ਉਡਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ, ਉਡਾਣ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਡਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੀਆਂ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ, ਯਾਤਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਹਤ ਪ੍ਰੋਟੋਕੋਲ(Protocol) ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਹੋਏਗੀ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਮੰਜ਼ਿਲ ਵਾਲੇ ਰਾਜ ਜਾਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸ਼ਾਸਤ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਜਿਹੜਾ ਇਹ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਮੰਜ਼ਿਲ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਲੱਗ ਅਲੱਗ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਜ਼ਰਨਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ ਜਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ।

ਉਡਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ, ਉਡਾਣ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅੱਤੇ ਉਡਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਹਨ;

ਉਡਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼(Pre-flight Directions)

ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਦੂਰੀ(social distancing) ਅੱਤੇ ਘੱਟ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਸੰਪਰਕ
ਸਵੈ-ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ(self declaration) ਫਾਰਮ ਭਰਨ ਅੱਤੇ ਆਰੋਗਯਾ ਸੇਤੁ ਐੱਪ(Aarogya setu app) ਤੇ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਹਾਮੀ
ਡਿਜਿਟਲ ਪੇਮੈਂਟ(Digital payment) ਅੱਤੇ ਮੰਜ਼ੂਰਸ਼ੁਦਾ ਟੈਕਸੀਆ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ
ਕੇਵਲ ਇੱਕ ਚੈੱਕ-ਇਨ(check-in) ਬੈਗ ਅੱਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਕੈਬਿਨ(cabin) ਬੈਗ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ
ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਵਰਗਾਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗਾਂ, ਗਰਭਵਤੀ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਅੱਤੇ ਬਿਮਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਹੇਜ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ
ਵੈੱਬ ਚੈੱਕ-ਇਨ(Check-in) ਕਰਕੇ ਬੌਰਡਿੰਗ ਪਾਸ(boarding pass) ਲੈਣਾ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਕਰੋ
ਯਾਤਰੀ, ਸਮਾਨ ਟੈਗ/ਸਮਾਨ ਪਛਾਣ ਨੰਬਰ(baggage tag/baggage identity number) ਖੁਦ ਡਾਊਨਲੋਡ(download) ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਟ ਕਰਕੇ ਬੈਗ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਖਾਸ ਸਥਾਨ ਤੇ ਲਾਉਣ।
ਜੇਕਰ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਆਪਣਾ PNR Number ਅੱਤੇ ਨਾਮ ਇੱਕ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਾਗਜ਼ ਤੇ ਲਿਖ ਕੇ ਸਮਾਨ ਤੇ ਲਾਵੇ।
ਟਰਮਿਨਲ(Terminal) ਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਮਾਸਕ(mask) ਪਹਿਨਣਾ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਕਰੇ।
ਯਾਤਰੀ ਸੋਧੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੇ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ(Airport) ਤੇ ਪੁੱਜੇ ਜੋ ਕਿ D – 2 ਘੰਟੇ ਹੈ।
ਯਾਤਰੀ ਮੰਜ਼ੂਰਸ਼ੁਦਾ ਟੈਕਸੀ/ਨਿੱਜੀ ਵਾਹਨ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ MHA ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕਰਨ
ਯਾਤਰਾ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ ਤੇ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਸਭ ਸਾਵਧਾਨੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰੇ

ਯਾਤਰੀ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ(airport) ਤੇ ਦੇਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਨਾ ਪੁੱਜਣ
ਰੋਕਥਾਮ ਖੇਤਰ(containment zones) ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ
ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਪਾਜ਼ਿਟਿਵ(Corona positive) ਯਾਤਰਾ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ
ਯਾਤਰਾ ਦੀ ਮਨਾਹੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਜੇਕਰ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਕਾਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਤਹਿਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ
ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨਾਂ(airlines), ਬੋਰਡਿੰਗ ਪਾਸ(Boarding pass) ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਹ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਕਿ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਤੈਅ ਸਵੈ-ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ(self declaration) ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰੇ
PNR number ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਸਤਿਥੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਵੈ-ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ(self declaration) ਬਾਕੀ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਮੰਨੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ

ਮੰਜ਼ਿਲ ਤੇ ਪੁੱਜਣ ਉੱਤੇ, ਸਮਾਨ ਲੈਣ ਅੱਤੇ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡਾ(Airport) ਛੱਡਣ ਸਬੰਦੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ

ਬਲੀਚ (sodium hypochlorite solution) ਨਾਲ ਭਿੱਜੇ ਮੈਟ ਜਾਂ ਕਾਰਪੇਟ(mats or carpets) ਜੁੱਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਗਾਣੂ-ਮੁਕਤ(disinfect) ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਦੁਆਰ ‘ਤੇ ਰੱਖੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
