Of India) ਨੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ (Gurudwara Kartarpur Sahib) ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਗੈਰ-ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ (Pakistan Government) ਦੇ ਕਦਮ ਦੀ ਅਲੋਚਨਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਮਰਾਨ ਖਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ “ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਦਾਅਵਿਆਂ” ਦਾ ਪਰਦਾਫਾਸ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਇਕ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਅਸੀਂ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਘਰ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ, ਸਿੱਖ ਗੁਰੂਦਵਾਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ (PSGCP) ਤੋਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਗੁਰੂਦਵਾਰਾ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ (Gurudwara Kartarpur Sahib) ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਅਤੇ ਰੱਖ-ਰਖਾਅ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਇਕ ਗੈਰ-ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾ, ਇਵੈਕੁਈ ਟਰੱਸਟ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਬੋਰਡ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਨਿਯੰਤਰਣ ਦੇਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਦੇਖੀਆਂ ਹਨ।”
“ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਇਕਪਾਸੜ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਨਿੰਦਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਲਾਂਘੇ (Kartarpur Corridor) ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ‘ ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਚਲਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦੇ ਮਿਲੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿਚ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਜ਼ਾਹਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।”
ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੀ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਦੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਦਾਅਵਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਹਕੀਕਤ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿਚ, ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖ ਘੱਟਗਿਣਤੀ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਗੁਰੂਦਵਾਰਾ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ (Gurudwara Kartarpur sahib) ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਂਝੇ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨਮਾਨੀ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਉਲਟਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਇਵੈਕਯੂ ਟਰੱਸਟ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਬੋਰਡ (ETPB) ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ 1960 ਵਿਚ ਲਾਹੌਰ ਵਿਚ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ 1947-48 ਵਿਚ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਵੰਡ ਵੇਲੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੂਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਛੱਡੀ ਗਈ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੂਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਮੀਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੇਖਭਾਲ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਵੈ-ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ, ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਲਾਂਘੇ (Kartarpur corridor) ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ (Kartarpur) ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਸੌਂਪੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਸਿੱਖ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੀ ETPB ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਮੂਲ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਤੋਂ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਲਾਂਘੇ (Kartarpur corridor) ਦਾ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਲਾਂਘੇ (Kartarpur corridor) ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਤੋਂ 20 ਡਾਲਰ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਵਸੂਲਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਗੁਰੂਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ (Gurudwara sahib) ਤਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਪੰਜ ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਘੱਟ ਹੈ।
ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਚ, ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਕਦਮ ਦੀ ਅਲੋਚਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਦਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੀਮਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ, ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ PSGCP ਤੋਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਏ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅੱਤੇ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨਵੀਂ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਕੋਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਹ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ (Pakistan) ਵਿਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਘੱਟਗਿਣਤੀ ਦੇ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਇਹ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹਮਲਾ ਹੈ। ”
