ਮਣੀਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਵਧੀਕ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਵੀ ਵੁਮਲੁਨਮਾਂਗ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ: “ਟੀਕਾਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਕਵਰੇਜ ਜਨਗਣਨਾ ਦੇ ਅੰਕੜਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਸਮਾਂ ਜਦੋਂ ਲੋਕ ਖੇਤ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਟੀਕਾਕਰਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਅੰਕੜਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਹੈ।”
